What are the principles for selecting?

  1. This Prize is awarded not only in recognition of past achievements, but also to individuals who remain actively engaged in scholarly pursuits as leading figures in their fields.

  2. Recipients are selected through a rigorous and impartial evaluation conducted by a panel of distinguished judges, each a top authority in their respective discipline. The Prize honors scholars, experts, and artists who have pioneered profound achievements in academic research or cultural and artistic endeavors.

  3. The prestige of the Prize does not rest on the reputation of the foundation or the monetary award, but solely on the purity of its founding purpose, the fairness of its selection process, and the exceptional accomplishments and future promise of its laureates.

  4. In line with the founding vision of the foundation, a Special Prize may also be awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of the nation and the global community.
